More than a Coach

I am more than just a coach and practitioner. I’m the mother of two grown children. Having raised them on my own after my husband passed away, I have experienced these challenges first hand.  I have always been focused on exercise and healthy eating, tennis and golf and am a new yoga enthusiast.

I am based in Miami Beach, FL.
